An important part of the role is to act as close support to management and supervisors, both in daily matters and in development issues. You will work from a consultative and coaching approach. As a generalist, you will work in several different areas, such as work environment, strategic competence supply, salary reviews, labor law issues, group development activities, and development and improvement work within HR. No two days are alike. “Healthcare is a dynamic operation and there are many different questions and situations, so HR work never gets boring. Job Description

In the role of HR Consultant, you belong to a unit that provides operational HR support to managers within healthcare. Together with HR managers and other HR consultants, you form part of the HR support for managers. You will belong to an HR team within one of the healthcare's production units. The HR teams are responsible for implementing and further developing HR processes within the HR function area. You will also work closely with other staff functions (such as finance, development, and IT) to contribute to operational development and goal fulfillment. You should enjoy being operational, close to our managers and operations in a dynamic and development-oriented organization.

About You

You have an academic degree in HR from the PA program, behavioral sciences, or other education/experience that we consider equivalent.

For the current position, you have a few years of work experience in a relevant field. It is highly meritorious to have worked operationally as an HR Consultant in all areas of HR. As a candidate, we prefer that you have worked development-oriented with HR from a broad perspective and are used to coaching managers through changes.

To fit well into the role, you are structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious. You have good communication skills and can be clear when the situation requires it. Furthermore, you are flexible in a varied workday and can easily switch between different tasks. In your work, you have a clear service-oriented and professional approach and are good at listening to the organization’s various challenges to constructively handle and solve problems that arise. You are used to working independently and see what needs to be done and prioritized. The role suits you if you are unpretentious, enjoy building good relationships, and promoting collaboration. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
