We are looking for trained nursing assistants with a positive attitude towards development and change. Good experience with delegated tasks according to HSL is desirable.

Further education in dementia care and documented experience working with people with dementia is meritorious. If you also have knowledge of BPSD, we see it as a plus.

Good computer skills and proficiency in the Swedish language are important for the role.

About the role and tasks

As a nursing assistant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team. You contribute your specialist knowledge within your professional competence. Through close collaboration with managers, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and others in the team, you help provide users with meaningful lives where individual needs are at the center.

The work involves nursing tasks based on the user's wishes and needs, as well as delegated tasks according to HSL. The work also includes being a contact person and having one or more areas of responsibility. Documentation is done in Lifecare.

Your goal is always to make everyday life meaningful for the users.

We work based on the national value base in elderly care, where the key words are self-determination, participation, and individual adaptation.

We offer nursing assistants permanent positions at 100%. Working hours are scheduled for days and evenings, as well as working every other weekend. For scheduled work, we have a favorable full-time measure of 36.33 hours per week.

About the workplace

Linehuset is located in Linero in eastern Lund and consists of 96 apartments, distributed over twelve departments.

The garden is situated in a park-like environment with a gazebo and a sensory garden designed for users and staff to enjoy.

We work together for a good work environment, for example, with regular micro-breaks and the opportunity to use our recovery chairs.
