The services are performed by nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, who also delegate to care staff in other operational areas based on their profession.

Project Manager for the Implementation of LifeCare HSL

The municipality of Hässleholm is taking an important and exciting step – the transition from the ProCapita journal system to the new and modern LifeCare HSL.

We are now looking for someone who wants to take overall responsibility and lead this change in a structured, secure, and engaging manner.

This is a role for you who are passionate about digital development in healthcare and see the power of well-functioning healthcare documentation. You will have the opportunity to shape the future working methods within municipal health and medical care.

You will be offered a meaningful role where you lead an important change process with a significant impact on both employees and patients. You will have a large degree of responsibility with the opportunity to create structure, coordinate efforts, and see the results of your work in practice.

You will work closely with the head of the Health and Medical Care Department and our medically responsible nurse. Your workplace will be in central Hässleholm, at Kasern Virgin in the beautiful T4 area, about a ten-minute walk from the station.

The position is a fixed-term employment starting from 2025-09-01 to 2026-05-03, with the possibility of extension.

Job Responsibilities:

As a project manager, you will:

  • Develop and drive a detailed project plan with clear goals, resources, and timelines
  • Lead and coordinate the working group and ensure anchoring in the organization
  • Conduct risk and impact analyses and report to the management group
  • Design and conduct training and workshops for relevant staff

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is confident in their profession, has a structured approach, and is solution-focused. You thrive in complex environments and have a good ability to inspire and create engagement in change processes. You also find it easy to collaborate and can take initiative and work independently.

Requirements for the position:

To be considered for the position, you should:

  • Be a licensed health and medical care professional.
  • Have experience working in municipal health and medical care.
  • Have documented experience leading projects, preferably within healthcare or the public sector.
  • Have good knowledge of regulations for healthcare documentation.
  • Be accustomed to working in journal systems.
  • Have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Hold a B driver's license for manual transmission.

Meritorious:

  • Experience working with the development of healthcare documentation at a comprehensive level.
  • Experience in improvement and quality development work.
  • Worked in both ProCapita and LifeCare HSL.
  • Experience speaking in front of groups and training others.
  • Good ability to collaborate in teams.
