Vinslöv is a rural health center strategically located between Hässleholm and Kristianstad. Currently, we have about 30 employees with extensive experience in primary care, high competence, and good staffing across all professional categories. The unit also has a child health center (BVC) and a rehabilitation team. We have about 6400 registered patients of various ages and a medical staff that currently consists of a mix of five specialists in general medicine, three ST doctors, licensed physicians, as well as AT and BT doctors. Additionally, medical secretaries, nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, and physiotherapists work at the health center. We are located in spacious airy premises that are well adapted for the operation where everyone fits under one roof. Just under two kilometers away is the train station where regular departures take you from the rest of Skåne to us in Vinslöv. If you commute by car, we have a large and free parking area.

With us, you will be offered a varied and developing job where you, as a physician, work in a team with other specialists and doctors. In your role, you will have both acute and scheduled consultations, where you have access to specialists for any questions.

As a new employee with us, you will receive an introduction tailored to your experiences so that you can integrate into the operation in a good way. If specialization training becomes relevant, you will, in collaboration with your supervisor and the ST study director, create a joint plan for your education.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are a requirement. We also see it as desirable if you have experience working with the PMO journal system and/or experience in primary care.

For you, the patient is the focus, and you see a good approach towards both patients and colleagues as a given. We are looking for someone with good communication skills, an easy collaborator, and a genuine interest in general medicine and primary care. It is important that you enjoy and function well working in a team with colleagues from both your own and other professions. Furthermore, you are development-oriented and find it stimulating to drive and participate in various forms of improvement work that contributes to high medical quality. As a person, you are positive, meticulous, and structured. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
