You will be part of a team with occupational therapists/physiotherapists/nurses and others in close collaboration with other professionals around the user. Here, we are the resources and enablers by matching the user's needs and conditions, and we are the ones who push our boundaries, which means we follow the user.

You will see that there are many challenges in this that make it a stimulating way of working. You will participate in training to perform delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create opportunities for the user to utilize and maintain their functions in a new way.
• Ensure the user and enable a return to their ordinary home through rehabilitative efforts.
• Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and other professionals around the user.
• Perform delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act after training.

QUALIFICATIONS

It is advantageous to be a trained nursing assistant, but not a requirement.
