Vårdcentralen Lindeborg is a well-functioning and pleasant health care unit in southern Malmö, which has good contacts with other care providers in the district. We see collaboration as a success factor and are a health center that strives for openness and views communication as a natural working tool. Our daily work is characterized by patient focus and value-based management, where operational development is a natural part of our working method.

Our health center is well-equipped in terms of both personnel and medical equipment. Today, we have 37 employees from various professional categories caring for our more than 8,460 registered patients. We offer a complete range of services including doctor consultations, district nurse consultations, psychologist, social worker, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist. Currently, we have five specialist doctors and four resident doctors, and we have had low staff turnover among our physicians. Here, you will also find specialist clinics for heart failure, diabetes, asthma/COPD, and hypertension. Additionally, we have a child health center (BVC) and a training center for future specialist doctors with several training positions. Together, we work to provide all our patients with safe and accessible primary care with high-quality service.

You can easily reach our bright and beautiful premises built in 2008. We are located next to Hyllie station, near the arena area and Emporia, with good commuting options to other parts of Skåne and Copenhagen.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome a dedicated doctor with an interest in close patient work. With us, you will join an organization where good service and a positive attitude are a given!

In your role as a physician, you will work closely with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues in a pleasant environment. We are a close-knit and well-functioning group of doctors who value continuing education and inter-collegial learning. You will handle common tasks at the health center such as planned and urgent doctor visits, being a consulting physician for nurses and training doctors, as well as participating in rounds for assessment and triage. Collaborative cases with the municipality and other authorities are also part of your daily work.

People of various ages and backgrounds come to the health center. This requires a holistic perspective based on the individual’s conditions and needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed physician authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are a requirement for the position.

As a person, we are looking for someone who is attentive, empathetic, and has a good attitude towards both patients and colleagues. You have a fundamental security and the ability to work independently in your role as a physician while also being able to collaborate easily. Your experiences and knowledge base are well-founded, but we also offer good conditions for further education and skill enhancement. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

The position is a temporary contract for approximately one year.
