Vårdcentralen Lindeborg is a well-functioning and pleasant health care unit in southern Malmö, with good connections to other healthcare providers in the area. We see collaboration as a success factor and are a health center that strives for openness and views communication as a natural working tool. Our daily work is characterized by patient focus and value-based management, where operational development is a natural part of our working method.

Our health center is well-equipped in terms of both personnel and medical equipment. Today, we have 37 employees from various professional categories who take care of our over 8460 registered patients. We offer a complete range of services including medical consultations, district nurse consultations, psychologist, social worker, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist. You will also find specialist clinics for heart failure, diabetes, asthma/COPD, and hypertension. Additionally, we have a child health center (BVC) and a training center for future specialist doctors with several training positions. Together, we work to provide all our patients with safe and accessible primary care with a high-quality approach.

You can easily reach our bright and beautiful premises built in 2008. We are located next to Hyllie station, near the arena area and Emporia, with good commuting opportunities to other parts of Skåne and Copenhagen.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome a licensed nurse for a parental leave substitute for approximately one year to our wonderful team at Vårdcentralen Lindeborg.

As a nurse with us, you will work with telephone advice, triage, and assisting doctors with various treatments and examinations. You will be one of eleven nurses and specialist nurses. Together, based on your competencies and areas of interest, you will contribute to ensuring that the work at the health center runs smoothly according to the responsibilities of your professional group. With us, this means both teamwork and individual responsibility in various areas such as health promotion work, follow-up visits, or administrative tasks.

Together, we create our unit within the framework of the assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you as a licensed nurse with the authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare, and you have language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale. We also expect you to be well acquainted with the work within Swedish healthcare and the regulations governing it. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in a health center and/or are accustomed to making independent medical assessments.

We see that you as a person are interested in patient-improving flows and want to contribute to the development of our working methods at the health center. You are comfortable solving tasks independently while also being a good team player. Furthermore, you have a good sense of order, great initiative, and enjoy working with people. We also value a positive attitude and that you are flexible, structured, and solution-oriented. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

The position is a temporary position for approximately one year, with the possibility of extension.
