JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of work supervisor, you support, motivate, and guide participants towards their employment in daily activities. You work based on a clear structure and predictability in everyday life through known routines and approaches. Together with your colleagues, you adapt activities for participants in the program. With the right approach, you empower and facilitate the participant's active involvement.

You are also responsible for organizing the day's work in collaboration with your colleagues and cooperating with the participant's network.

With us, you will have a varied workday where you use your experience, creativity, and empathy to create meaningful activities. We work with everything from gardening and carpentry to training, crafts, and other activities that contribute to the well-being and development of our users.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good knowledge of LSS, preferably with experience working in daily activities or group housing.
• Has knowledge of various disabilities and their consequences, as well as knowledge of support for cognitive difficulties.
• Is knowledgeable about different types of alternative and augmentative communication and is accustomed to using clarifying pedagogy.
• Training in pedagogy or another qualification deemed equivalent by the employer is an advantage.

Your ability to create an individual-centered approach and focus on the needs and goals of the users is crucial. You are accustomed to documenting and have good Swedish skills in both spoken and written form. As a person, you find it easy to collaborate, are structured, and have a desire to develop both yourself and the organization.

A driver's license is required.
