About the Position

As the Finance Manager, you will handle invoicing, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, tax issues, monthly reconciliations, annual and interim financial statements, payroll management, and maintain external contacts with authorities.

About You

Formal Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in finance and solid experience in accounting and financial statements. You should have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as experience working with financial systems and programs like Excel. Experience in payroll management and contact with authorities is crucial for effectively managing the tasks.

Desirable Qualifications

It is advantageous if you have experience working with large financial transactions and have previously handled tax issues in a similar role. Experience with monthly reporting to Collectum or Fora is also a plus. Familiarity with the accounting system Fortnox and production system SDF is highly desirable. Knowledge of other financial systems than those mentioned can give you an edge. We would also like you to have worked with international contacts and have an understanding of various cultural economic aspects.
