About the Company

TopFormula Healthcare AB manufactures vitamins and dietary supplements. We produce our own brand, TopFormula, which is sold through our e-commerce, and manufacture high-quality products for other brands. Our customers are found in all segments in the Nordic countries and partially in Europe. Our quality-certified production facility is located in Gamleby with 49 dedicated employees, and we have a turnover of approximately 175 million SEK.

Your Responsibilities

As the Quality Manager at TopFormula, you will have overall responsibility for the company's quality work and ensure that our products and processes meet high standards according to FSSC 22000 and other applicable certification requirements. You play an important role in the company's development by driving quality improvements, educating staff, and ensuring that routines and instructions are followed.

Your responsibilities will be varied and will also include:

• Developing and maintaining the quality management system
• Creating and implementing CAPA plans
• Conducting inspections and analyzing areas for improvement
• Conducting training, coordinating, and supporting operations to ensure that the business is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, agreements, permits, etc.

• Risk and supplier assessments

You will report to the CEO and be part of the company's management team. The position is located in Gamleby, Västerviks municipality.

We believe that you, as a candidate, have a relevant university degree or have deepened your knowledge in quality through work experience. If you also have experience from the food or pharmaceutical industry, we will be extra pleased. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite for the role.
