Emmaboda Municipality is in an exciting phase of development where the modern small town is being built. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for staff for our visitor center and tourist information.

The visitor center is the gateway to the municipality's services. As a receptionist, you are the guide for our visitors. You ensure they get in touch with the right department and assist with various inquiries, as well as answering calls in the municipality's switchboard. The visitor center also provides internal service to our administrations.

In the visitor center, you will also meet tourists visiting our area. You will be their guide, helping them create the best possible stay.

Hourly paid employment from week 24-35, weekdays 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

QUALIFICATIONS

Good hospitality is central to our operations and is very important to us. The visitor is always in focus. You are service-oriented and flexible. In addition to Swedish, you speak English, and knowledge of German is a bonus.

Experience in service professions and customer contacts is an advantage. You have experience working with computers and digital systems. It is beneficial if you have knowledge of the area.
