In the People & Performance team, we are passionate about creating a fantastic workplace where we grow and develop together. As we approach autumn, our most intense and fun period, we are strengthening our operations departments with lots of new stars – and this is where you come in! You will also play a key role in planning and executing our events leading up to Black Week.

What does the role entail?

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you are a key player in the People & Performance team during our peak season. You manage the entire recruitment process – from CV screening and interviews to hiring and follow-up – ensuring that our candidates receive a world-class candidate experience.

  • Coordinate and conduct phone interviews and provide quick, professional feedback.
  • Ensure smooth administration of hiring tasks and contracts.
  • Actively work to strengthen our employer brand.
  • Support in planning and executing events and activities.
  • Provide support in other tasks that may arise in the department.

Who are you? We believe you have recently graduated from a university degree in HR, business administration, or similar. The position is a fixed-term full-time employment until December. For the right person, there may be opportunities for extension within the company after the fixed-term employment ends.

The location is at our lovely office in Kalmar.

We believe in talent and personal qualities, which is why we use personality tests at an early stage. For customer service, we also conduct work samples to test written communication.
