About the Position

As a customer service representative, you will handle incoming calls and emails, assist customers with their inquiries, manage the system, and collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver first-class customer service.

Formal Competence

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and reliable. Good computer skills are a requirement, as you will be managing the system and handling incoming calls and emails. Your ability to provide customers with the best service alongside a cohesive team is crucial for the role of customer service representative at Royal Design.

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in service, administration, and customer service. Good language skills in Finnish and/or German are a plus, as well as an interest in interior design. We believe you are at the beginning of your career and have the ambition to develop within service.
