We match property owners with the right tenants and create business opportunities through a modern and proactive rental process. As Head of Leasing, you will be responsible for finding and leasing commercial properties such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses. The role includes both property search and establishment, where you work with property owners and companies to match the right tenant with the right property.

Find new clients and properties – you identify property owners who need assistance with leasing. Project manage leases – you drive the entire process from marketing to contract signing. Create and implement marketing plans to attract the right tenants. Contact and book photographers/videographers for professional documentation. Package properties to make them attractive. Work with major brands in retail and corporate markets to help them find the right premises.

You will have a independent role with the freedom to drive your own projects, while also being part of a team where we collaborate and develop each other.

• Has experience in sales (not necessarily in real estate).
• Is driven, structured, and has good administrative skills.
• Is independent and entrepreneurial, enjoys driving processes from start to finish.
• Has project management skills and can handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Is good at building relationships and communicating with clients and property owners.
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and has good computer skills.

Other

Start: Immediately, by agreement

Extent: Full-time with permanent employment, probationary period applies.

Working hours: Weekdays 08:00-17:00, with the possibility of flexible working hours.

Location: Kalmar.

Onboarding: A month of introduction where you learn the business – one week in Malmö and then local training in Kalmar.
