Möjligheternas Hus AB is a wholly owned municipal company with 30 employees within the Emmaboda municipal group. The company has several areas of focus, including the Employment Center, Duvemåla-Rundqvista farm, Café kom in, Remake “Recycling & Upcycling”, second-hand shop, and recycling center. New operations are established as needed, and as part of our development work, we drive and participate in various projects in the environmental and labor market areas.

Our mission is to create conditions for increased reuse and reduce unemployment in the municipality.

We are looking for someone who wants to work with us and lead our operations at Duvemåla-Rundqvista farm.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with natural leadership skills who enjoys taking responsibility. You are unpretentious, structured, and find it easy to collaborate with different personalities. With your experience, you know the importance of building trust and a good team spirit. You have the ability to solve problems and see the strength in considering the whole while managing your own work. You understand that effective collaboration both within and between units is crucial for success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will lead and manage the operations at Duvemåla – Rundqvista farm. The operations include a café, a residential house (museum), barn, garden, a stage, and pasture.

Your tasks include planning, scheduling, purchasing, serving, and mentoring.

You will be responsible for planning what will be sold and served with a focus on quality and economy - Work with food hygiene and kitchen routines - Manage orders, self-control, serving, as well as dishwashing and cleaning.

An important part of your work is to receive visitors, guide and show the farm's historical sites, and mentor individuals enrolled in various labor market measures who are interns at Duvemåla-Rundqvista farm.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience, for example, in the kitchen and bakery, as well as mentoring and supporting employees and interns.

As a person, you are communicative and demonstrate personal maturity in your work approach. You enjoy collaborating with clients, participants, and colleagues and strive to deliver good quality in both interaction and execution.
