This is included in the position

As a customer service representative in our team, you will work in beautiful premises in the old chocolate factory in Kalmar. Our office is located at Borgmästaregatan 5. On a typical day, you will work closely with your team to solve customer problems through incoming calls. You will perform basic hardware troubleshooting and tailor customized solutions based on each customer's needs. You will work both independently and together with your team to achieve the set goals for customer satisfaction, call time, and upselling.

We have sales competitions and theme weeks. During certain weeks, we provide breakfast and lunch all week and organize fun activities and competitions at the office. In addition, we offer you 3500 SEK per year in wellness allowance, a collective agreement with Unionen, and commission without a cap. You will also receive paid training to give you a solid foundation before you start.

Your qualifications

Concentrix and you are a good match if you want to develop in customer interaction and customer service; you do not need any prior experience in this area. You also need to be curious about upselling and have the desire to tailor a good and optimal solution for each customer. Additionally, you need to have graduated high school with passing grades in Swedish 1 and English 5 and be able to work from our office at Borgmästaregatan 5.
