ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of Staffing & Recruitment Assistant, you will belong to the IT/Tech team in our delivery department where you will work with recruitment processes within the IT and technology fields. As part of our results-oriented team, you will play a central role in driving success. The role requires you to be fearless and flexible, willing to take initiative and quickly tackle new challenges. You will become an important key player in the team to achieve our goals. Although much of the work is done independently, you are engaged with the team in your common goals, results, and the continued development and growth of the business area.

Your manager works as a Recruitment Consultant or Consultant Manager, and we have chosen to have operational managers to provide you with the best support in your role. We have a dedicated development program where you, in your role as Staffing & Recruitment Assistant, have a clear development plan to enhance your skills and sharpen your competencies. Our training program is called the Training Program and will be tailored together with your manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment process: Work with everything from advertising to a candidate receiving a job offer and employment with us. Imagine how exciting it is to follow a person's journey from CV to their new dream job!
  • Search/headhunting: Work strategically with search and headhunting primarily on LinkedIn to identify and recruit leading talents that match our clients' specific needs.
  • All administration related to our recruitment processes: For example, selection, providing feedback to candidates, scheduling interviews, etc.

As a person, you are friendly, humble, and trustworthy in your approach, while also being goal-oriented and ambitious. You are flexible and work in a structured manner, taking responsibility for delivering results. We see that you are reliable, organized, and social, with good stress tolerance and the ability to handle pressured situations in a composed and resilient manner.

As a Staffing and Recruitment Assistant, we see that you:

  • Are studying a degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Economics, Service Management, Technology, or IT and have at least 1.5 years left of your studies.
  • Have previous experience from jobs in service and customer contact where you have been able to use your ability to take your own initiative and responsibility.
  • Fluently speak and write Swedish and have a good command of English in both spoken and written forms, as you will be conducting dialogues and participating in training in both languages.
  • It is highly meritorious if you have knowledge in IT or technology.

Additional Information

  • Start: By agreement
  • Extent: Part-time, 2 days/week (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • Location: Solnavägen 3h, 113 63 Stockholm
