Your mission
As a construction teacher with us, you are responsible for teaching within the construction program in both Norrköping and Katrineholm (where you spend about half of your time at each location). This means that you:
Plan, prepare, and conduct lessons according to the Swedish National Agency for Education's curricula and our internal guidelines.
Teach and guide participants to provide them with a strong foundation in the construction industry.
Actively work to create and maintain contacts with companies and other relevant stakeholders within the municipalities.
Be responsible for arranging internship placements for participants.
To apply, we would like you to
Have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
Have previous teaching experience, either in education or in the workplace.
Have a valid driver's license (B) and access to your own car.
Have vocational teacher training (preferable).
To succeed in the role, we know that you are
Communicative and social with a good ability to create relationships with both participants and companies.
Solution-oriented and attentive to the needs of participants.
An engaged and inspiring educator driven by seeing others develop.
Conditions
- Employment type: Permanent, full-time. A probationary period applies.
- Start date: By agreement.
- Working hours: 100%
