We are now complementing our wonderful teaching teams with an additional after-school teacher.

Småskolan (lower primary) and Eraskolan (middle primary) are sibling schools (located right next to each other) in Ljungsbro, just outside Linköping, that are very successful in their mission. At our schools, we have a safe, calm, and study-focused school day. We believe in small schools with small classes (about 20 students per class) and high teacher density, where the guiding principles are engagement, safety, and results. With us, all students are given real opportunities to succeed better in their schooling. Here, you will have real opportunities to make the school what it should be, an important place in our students' daily lives. Our schools have received particularly positive reviews regarding safety and study environment.

Småskolan & Eraskolan have about 145 students and over 20 employees. Here, there is a safe and long-term school leadership, as well as engaged and professional colleagues.

We are now looking for our new, fantastic after-school teacher for Småskolan/Eraskolan. The position is primarily based on work in the after-school program (about 50-60%), but can be combined with, for example, crafts (textiles & wood/metal) for those interested in a larger position (up to 100%).

As an after-school teacher, we think you are a confident person, both in your teaching practice and in handling varied tasks. At Småskolan & Eraskolan, the after-school program is available from preschool class to grade 6, divided into several departments.

Here, you will work in a school with wonderful colleagues in a driven team. The work includes typical after-school teacher tasks, in an environment that provides good opportunities to do a great job and to carry out excellent after-school activities for the many students who are part of our programs.

You are a driven teacher with a trained eye for meeting students from both a program/knowledge perspective and from the perspective of seeing each individual. We believe you have several years of experience in the after-school teaching profession in primary school and are now eager to further develop in your work. You possess both personal drive and meticulousness in your work, combined with the ability to collaborate with other colleagues in the team. You have a positive personality and are driven by curiosity about the students' development. We place great importance on personal qualifications.
