The positions as pedagogical supervisors are placed in the Administration and Development Department, which is organized under the Management Sector.

The department consists of 12 employees and is responsible for coordinating work related to public health/social sustainability, democracy and human rights, rural development, international issues, support for the municipality's elected representatives, case management, registration, committee administration, and archives.

Camp Grosvad is led by two project managers who will be your supervisors during these four weeks.

Your future tasks

Camp Grosvad is part of Finspång Municipality's summer program and involves four weeks filled with play, activities, and excursions for the municipality's elementary school children, totaling about 400 children over 4 weeks.

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting youth workers who have a task to conduct activities for the children participating in Camp Grosvad. Your task is to guide the youth in their leadership roles and ensure that the activities are conducted in a safe manner for the children.

Who are you?

You have completed high school education and some form of pedagogical training and/or experience working with children.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. We are looking for individuals who are social and have good collaboration skills. It is important that you, as a supervisor for Camp Grosvad, have good pedagogical qualities and are clear in your communication. Furthermore, you need to be structured and have good experience in planning your own work.
