Physical Education Teacher Wanted at JENSEN Gymnasium Norrköping

In the fall of 2021, JENSEN Gymnasium Norrköping was established in bright and fresh school facilities at Holmentorget, opposite the Congress Hall in central Norrköping. The school is characterized by a forward-looking spirit, focus, and a drive for development. We are now looking for an engaged physical education teacher for the fall.

Training for reality and education is the goal, and it is the common thread in how we educate our students. We focus on literature, reading, and writing that are required for higher studies. We work to ensure that our students reach a high level of knowledge and develop their thinking - to think freely and think big - that is education for us! Here, students receive training for reality through subject profiling and case studies taken from real life. Qualifications

We are primarily looking for you who are a qualified upper secondary school teacher in physical education and health, preferably in combination with another subject. You are very knowledgeable in your subjects and are driven by teaching them to others. As a person, you share our strong commitment to development. You enjoy working in a team-oriented manner. You are structured, driven, and like to be a clear leader in the classroom. Since we have a clear health profile, you are likely on the same track.

Employment Type

The position is a permanent employment of 75-100% depending on the subject combination. Start in August 2025. For this position, we apply a 6-month probationary period.

Within upper secondary education, you must, according to law (2000:873), present an extract from the criminal record. The extract is made via polisen.se with digital BankID. If you do not have BankID, you can order the form to be sent home; do this as soon as possible as manual handling of the form takes a long time.

The first step in our recruitment process is to complete two psychological tests. Test links will be sent by email immediately after the application is submitted, and you will receive feedback on the tests right after you have completed them.
