About the role

As a project controller, you will be part of a friendly team of about ten people and work with financial management, analysis, and support project members and project managers in their financial and administrative work. In your role, you will have an important position where you assist project managers in ensuring that everything is invoiced on time, that the correct items are on the invoice, and knowing which questions to ask. You will also play a key role in creating order in the systems, keeping track of reporting requirements, and entering budgets. You will be responsible for financial monitoring in the projects you work on, which can vary in size and complexity.

There are good opportunities to start with simpler tasks, which is well-suited for those who are good with numbers and can quickly understand financial flows.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least one year of experience working with finance, preferably in a project or corporate setting. Perhaps you have previously worked as a controller or financial assistant.
• Is fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

We consider it an advantage if you have

• Relevant post-secondary education in finance.
• Experience with the business system Maconomy.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
