Dometic is an international company focusing on technical products for leisure life. We are currently looking for two Accounting Assistants for our office in Tidaholm. To be suitable for this position, we see that you have a relevant education in finance or equivalent work experience. Job Description

In this role as an Accounting Assistant, you will work with accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as ongoing accounting. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer and the Accounting Manager.

Main Responsibilities

· Support and collaborate with the Accounting Manager within the finance department.

· Work with ongoing bookkeeping and account reconciliation.

· Accounts receivable and accounts payable.

· Participate in the payment process.

· Participate in period-end closing: monthly, quarterly, and annually.

· Participate in reporting to the group: monthly, quarterly, and annually.

· Participate in ongoing forecasting work.

· Participate in VAT declarations and periodic summaries.

· Other general tasks in a finance department.

· Participate in projects to improve and streamline financial processes.

Qualifications and Experience

· Relevant education in finance or equivalent work experience.

· Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

· Experience with Excel.

· Ability to work independently.

· Experience working in an international corporation is an advantage.

You are good at setting goals and following up to ensure that work progresses smoothly, even when there is a lot to do.

We value that you are meticulous and have a strong attention to detail. You should be able to spot errors or discrepancies before they become a problem and ensure that everything is done correctly and in the best way.
