Administrator at CUL

CUL has a broad operation that includes all adult education in the municipality.

Our premises are centrally located in Hudiksvall. Today we have about 70 employees and approximately 1700 students each year. We are now looking for an administrator to join our administrative team.

Responsibilities

As an administrator, you will be part of a team with other case handlers and administrators. You will support managers, act as the spider in the web, and be an important representative for the organization with many external contacts. Examples of tasks include personnel administration, financial management, and registration in our systems, some scheduling and documentation, receiving sick leave notifications, and procuring temporary substitutes.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a completed high school diploma. We prefer that you have post-secondary education in administration, human resources, or another relevant field and/or experience in administrative work. Experience in adult education is an advantage. You have very good digital skills and experience working with IT systems related to payroll, personnel, invoicing, and student management. You are quick to learn new digital systems. As a person, you are self-driven, motivated, and ensure that work is completed and results are followed up. It is particularly important that you enjoy working in a team and contribute to an environment where you consider the whole and prioritize based on overarching strategies. You have excellent oral and written skills in Swedish.

The Learning Administration

We teach children to read, count, and discover the world around them. We follow our youngest residents from preschool until they graduate from high school. Through our adult education, one can learn Swedish as a second language, take individual courses, or pursue a longer education. With joy, commitment, participation, and a scientific basis, we aim to increase knowledge, creativity, development, and the desire to learn. With us, all children, young people, and adults should feel that they can, want, and dare! Together we are the Learning Administration – a part of Hudiksvall Municipality.
