About the assignment

We are currently seeking case officers for the Pensions Authority in Söderhamn. The assignment primarily involves customer service related to public pensions. The interaction with customers ranges from answering simple questions to providing information about the entire pension system. The assignment is expected to start on April 22, 2025, and last until December 2025, with the possibility of extension until October 31, 2026. Working hours are weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding weekends. Employment rate: 100%. Location: Söderhamn. This is a consulting assignment through us at Bemannia.

You will receive training in the authority's systems when you start the assignment.

Your tasks

You will meet customers via phone and email. Customers have the option to use digital services, which requires the case officer to be able to inform customers about how to use these services in a pedagogical manner. The tasks may also include exercising authority through investigation and decision-making in accordance with applicable regulations and processes. The assignment also includes the following:

• Contact with customers, authorities, organizations, and companies
• The case officer must ensure that the authority's customers receive a fair and factual assessment in each individual case
• Handle and process various questions and simpler cases within public pensions
• Ensure that those who come into contact with the authority receive a positive customer experience and a professional response

Your qualifications

• University credits in a relevant field and at least six (6) months of work experience from similar work with a clear customer focus
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

Meritorious

• Experience in exercising authority by investigating and making decisions in cases
