Your Role

As a Payment/Liquidity Planning Specialist, you play an important role in ensuring that payment flows and liquidity planning are managed efficiently and in accordance with applicable legislation and internal guidelines. You are responsible for checking, recording, and approving outgoing payments for several of Alleima's companies, both via file transfer and manually. Furthermore, you will support the organization in matters related to payments and cash flows.

In addition to this, you will:

• Perform and analyze liquidity forecasts and follow up on these
• Conduct currency transactions to reduce currency exposure and ensure that the right currency is available in the bank accounts
• Proactively work to improve and develop payment processes
• Assist the organization with expert knowledge in banking and treasury-related matters
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal regulations

The position is located in Sandviken.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in payment processes and liquidity planning. Experience from the banking sector is a merit but not a requirement – the most important thing is your curiosity and willingness to develop in the field. You have an academic degree in economics or equivalent experience.

You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

• Experience with systems such as M3 and Medius is a merit
• Experience in digitization and AI, or an interest in these areas, is an advantage
