Are you a meticulous and dedicated Controller with a passion for safety and quality?
Then this could be the job for you! Taksäkerhetsmontörerna is looking for a Controller for our operations in Gävle and Sandviken, where you will play a key role in ensuring that our construction projects meet top standards in quality, safety, and working environment.
   

What you will do:
You will work to ensure that quality and safety are adhered to on several large construction sites and need to have a good understanding of how construction work is carried out safely and be willing to further develop your knowledge.
As a Controller, you will work alongside others in the team to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure the highest standards of the company's deliveries. You will work within a group of about 5 other officials, where the group employs about 100 people in construction projects.
  What we are looking for in you:

  • Experience and knowledge in construction, Health & Safety, KMA.
  • Good knowledge of English – we work with many different stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate and engage people – you can both analyze and explain in a pedagogical way.
  •        Get a group of people to understand the significance of their work and work together towards a higher standard.
  •        Be able to speak in front of a group of employees about how and what should be done differently, adjusted in a constructive manner.
  • Driver's license and access to your own car (important as our projects are in different locations).

  Our headquarters is located in Enköping, but your everyday life will be in Gävle and Sandviken where you will become an important part of a team that is passionate about safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
