What does the job entail?

As a customer service representative, you will assist customers via chat and email with questions about products, orders, deliveries, complaints, and more. You will play a vital role in providing our customers with the best possible service and helping them find the right solutions for their construction projects.

To work in this role, you need to:

Be engaged and enjoy customer contact.
Be solution-oriented and have a positive attitude.
Have good computer skills and be able to speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
Have complete high school grades (or equivalent).
Have a clean criminal record.

Working hours and conditions:

Working hours: Varying, Monday to Friday between 08:00-16:30 Hourly wage: Under 24 years: 122.65 SEK/h | Over 24 years: 142.19 SEK/h Bonus: Opportunity to influence your income through a bonus system based on your performance, Employment: 80% with the possibility of increased working hours. Probationary period of 3 months. Start: April 7
