About the Job as Inside Sales Representative
As an inside sales representative with us in electrical installation, you will become part of a competent team that drives and develops our sales together. As an inside sales representative, you will be a key person in Sweden's largest sales force and will work closely with both customers and colleagues.
As an inside sales representative at Ahlsell, one of your most important tasks is to understand the customer's needs and create a positive customer experience. You will work daily with:
- Providing the best advice and service to our customers regarding products and solutions
- Supporting customers in product selection and order placement
- Creating and following up on quotes
- Contacting suppliers
In the role of inside sales representative in electrical installation, you will join a team of 10 colleagues within the district where we, through high engagement, knowledge in our product area, and joy at work, make it easy to be professionals for our customers. As a leader, I am driven to coach my employees and help them grow in their respective roles within the team.

We help solve our customers' problems and challenges daily, so we believe it is important that you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and have good communication skills. In the role of Inside Sales Representative, no day is the same, and it is an advantage if you can keep many balls in the air at the same time. One of our success factors is our collaboration within Ahlsell, so it is especially important that you enjoy working closely with colleagues and customers. You have a good ability to both create and maintain long-term relationships while having a structured and meticulous working style.
Your background may vary, but we prefer that you have previous experience in sales. You have good administrative skills and are technically interested.
