We are now looking for someone who wants to work in a specialist role focused on one of our largest business areas, personal protective equipment. Do you have experience in the field combined with strong drive and good initiative? Then you might be the right person! About us and the job

PSU is one of our most important business areas, and we are proud of our high competence in the field. Now we need you, who with your expertise takes overall responsibility for everything from market monitoring to sales figures. You will have ultimate responsibility for your business area and will take the initiative to analyze and develop the company's offerings and our sales processes within the product range. You will support the rest of the sales organization and drive growth by targeting prioritized customers.

In the role of business responsible specialist focused on PSU, you will have a strong focus on developing the product area with our existing customers. You will spend a large part of your time on-site with our customers in Uppsala, Gävle, and Västerås.

As a specialist, you will work closely with customer responsible salespeople, other sales functions, the purchasing department, and suppliers. You will offer comprehensive solutions to our customers within the entire product range, including respiratory protection, hand protection, hearing protection, and other technical protection. You will report to the company's sales manager/CEO.

Your background

To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to have expertise in personal protective equipment along with several years of sales experience. Experience in business development and upselling is a plus. To communicate with our customers, you need to have good Swedish in both spoken and written form. A B driver's license is required for the position, as well as good system knowledge.

You are an initiative-taking person with your own drive; you see what needs to be done and do it. You are happy to share knowledge and act as an advisor for our customers, and you ensure that you continuously keep up with news and information for your product area. You are trustworthy and good at building relationships both internally and externally. With a clear customer focus, high service level, and good collaboration skills, you will become a valued salesperson and colleague. You are self-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced, structured, and goal-oriented manner.

Other important information

The position is permanent and full-time. You will be based either at the office in Uppsala, Västerås, or Gävle. A company car is included in the position.

Our business idea is to provide our customers with machines, tools, workwear, protective equipment, and other necessities with great product knowledge. Our operational areas are Uppland, Gästrikland, and Västmanland. Our customers consist mainly of large and small companies in construction, industry, service, and public administration. We have 54 employees and generate approximately 200 million in revenue.
