Södertull Health Center

Södertull Health Center is centrally located in the south of Gävle and currently has about 50 dedicated employees who together provide primary care with a medical clinic, district nurse clinic, child health care, psychosocial team, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, home visits, and specialist clinics. We are a well-staffed and well-functioning health center with many development projects underway.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a chief secretary, you will be part of the management team where we work together on development issues. Your tasks will be varied, and you need to appreciate the variation during a workday, as well as have an interest in personnel matters to thrive in the role.

As a chief secretary with us, you will, in addition to overall administration, also work with:

• personnel administration and planning
• assisting managers with IT, telephony, orders, etc.
• invoice management
• schedule planning and daily operations planning
• introduction of new employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who collaborates easily with others while having the ability to organize and take great personal responsibility for their tasks. You have our patients' best interests in focus and are skilled at communicating with your surroundings, both patients and colleagues. You are meticulous, solution-focused, and driven, and you easily adapt to changing situations while recognizing the importance of contributing to a good cohesion in the workplace.

In the role of chief secretary, you should have:

• high school education in administration
• experience working in healthcare and social services
• experience working in primary care
• good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

For this position, it is an advantage if you have further education in healthcare.
