What does the role entail?

As a customer service receiver, you are responsible for administering and managing access to apartments during smaller projects, such as OVK inspections and adjustments. Each year, approximately 4,000 apartments are affected, and you ensure that access is smooth by:

• Sending letters, SMS, and phone calls to affected tenants

• Following up and managing access cases

• Communicating with both internal and external parties to ensure an efficient process

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience in administrative work and customer contact

• You are communicative, solution-oriented, and structured

• You express yourself clearly in speech and writing in Swedish

• You have good computer skills and can handle digital mailings and case management

• A B driver's license is an advantage

The position is a fixed-term employment at 50% until 2025-12-31, with the possibility of extension.
