About the position

As an accounting assistant with us, you will work closely with our external accounting consultants in monthly closing work. You will report directly to our CEO, Jens Hedlund, and are expected to drive the development of the company's systems and methods.

Responsibilities

• Management of accounts payable and receivable
• Invoicing and payment management
• Account reconciliations and bookkeeping
• Assisting in monthly and annual closings
• Ongoing bookkeeping and administration
• Other finance-related tasks

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant experience or education
• Is meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Has good knowledge of Excel
• Has experience working with accounting systems
• Has good collaboration skills and is communicative

We prefer that you can work independently but also enjoy collaborating with both colleagues and the business.
