Ramudden continues to grow, and we need to expand our HR department in Sweden. Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to work as an HR Specialist in a growing organization in constant change. With us, no day is like the other.

About the Role

You will work with our Swedish operations together with others in the HR department, which consists of the functions HR, Work Environment, and Payroll.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Recruitment – design advertisements and support hiring managers during the recruitment process
• Prepare and conduct negotiations regarding reorganizations, new premises, and management appointments
• Write employment contracts and other agreements
• Statistics and KPIs – compile and summarize data
• Follow up on overtime and working time regulations
• Drive rehabilitation cases together with management
• Provide support and act as a sounding board for our managers regarding collective agreements, labor law issues, and personnel matters
• Other HR administrative tasks

You will also work with annual recurring tasks such as:

• Salary mapping
• Employee surveys
• Work Environment and Equal Treatment
• Health checks and medical examinations
• Preparation and support during salary reviews

You will also contribute to continuous improvement of our routines, processes, and internal training.

Who Are You?

To thrive in this role, we believe you are a positive and solution-oriented person with good communication skills. You are used to working both independently and in teams and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You enjoy when no day is like the other.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience as an HR Specialist and/or is a trained HR Specialist. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
• Good collaboration skills but also the ability to work independently and in a structured manner in a fast-changing environment
• Solution-oriented and flexible
• Social and pedagogical skills as well as a high service mentality. With an open mind and a accommodating approach, you are an important part of developing our HR department
• Driver's license (B)

• If you have worked in a similar industry with both collective and salaried employees.
