Today, nearly 30,000 residents of Gävle live in Gavlegårdarna's properties. By continuously renovating their buildings, constructing more apartments, creating green outdoor environments, and actively working with collaborations and social initiatives, they take the trust their tenants give them seriously. The customer service team at Gavlegårdarna consists of 16 customer service representatives who work with meetings with tenants and housing seekers in the reception, over the phone, and through chat functions. Customer service is the group you will belong to. Your immediate supervisor is the head of customer service.

The position is to start immediately, so we welcome applications from those who can start as early as April. The assignment is estimated to be 50%. There will be opportunities for remote work and on-site work, arrangements regarding this will be made with your immediate supervisor. The position extends until 2025-12-31 with the possibility of extension.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will administer and manage access to apartments for smaller projects such as OVK inspections and adjustments. It is estimated that about 4,000 apartments are affected each year. Access is managed through sending letters, SMS, and phone calls. In your role, you will primarily work based on availability, service, and communication.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying or has another main occupation of at least 50% and will have it for the rest of the year
• Has previous experience in customer service
• Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English
• Has good computer and system skills
• Has a B driver's license

We consider it a strong merit if you have previous experience in the housing industry.

As you will have a lot of contact with our tenants via phone and email, we want you to be good at communicating, listening, and showing empathy in meetings regardless of the method. As a person, you radiate joy, simplicity, and engagement in customer interactions. To succeed in this role, you are also open and positive and enjoy working in a team. You thrive on working independently and can see what tasks need to be performed.
