Gävle Strand Health Center is located in the beautiful Tullhuset along with several other regional services. We have about 30 employees at the health center and over 8,000 registered patients. We provide primary care with a doctor's office, respiratory clinic, district nurse clinic, home care, child health care, psychosocial team, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy. Additionally, we are responsible for care and nursing homes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a medical secretary with us, you will play an important role in the administrative work surrounding our patients. As part of our team, you will gain valuable experience in a stimulating work environment, and together with the medical secretaries, you will ensure effective and high-quality care documentation.

As a medical secretary, you will work with:

• care documentation
• registration in care systems
• reception work as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in the role of medical secretary, you need to be communicative and attentive. We are looking for someone who is engaged, meticulous, and enjoys working in a team.

In the role of medical secretary, you should have:

• a completed LIA 1 placement from your ongoing training to become a medical secretary, or you are already a qualified medical secretary
• good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We ask that you indicate which weeks you are available for work when you apply. Also, please specify where you completed your LIA and who your supervisor was.
