Job Description:

As an accounting assistant, you will be part of our finance team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient financial processes. The role includes, among other things:

- Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting
- Monthly closing
- Financial analysis
- Budgeting
- Liquidity planning
- VAT returns
- Accounts payable and receivable

The position is full-time with a permanent contract. As an employee at Partyking, we operate from our location in Gävle, with some possibility for remote work.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a driven, engaged, and structured person who can contribute to our team with their knowledge in finance and administration. To thrive and succeed in this role, it is important that you are quality-conscious, analytical, and have a collaborative mindset.

We see that you have a post-secondary education in finance and work experience in the field. You should be a star in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, and we consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in financial analysis. A large part of our trade occurs within and outside the EU, so we also see it as advantageous to have previous experience in similar work.
