We are now looking for customer service representatives for an exciting assignment with one of Sweden's largest telecom operators. With us, you will have the chance to grow in a dynamic and engaging work environment. What does the job entail? As a customer service representative, you will receive incoming calls from customers and assist them with various issues, such as subscriptions, billing inquiries, technical support, and number transfers. Upselling is a natural part of the role, and you will work towards set sales targets to deliver solutions and service at the highest level.

To work in this role, you need to:

• Be engaged and enjoy customer contact.
• Want to develop in technical support and further your education in the field.
• Have a positive attitude and be solution-oriented.
• Have good computer skills and speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
• Have complete high school grades (or equivalent).

Working hours and conditions:

• Working hours: Varying, Monday-Friday between 8:45 AM–6:15 PM
• Hourly wage under 24 years: 122.65 SEK | Hourly wage over 24 years: 142.19 SEK
• In addition to the base salary, you have the opportunity to influence your income through a generous commission system based on performance.
• Employment: 80%, probationary employment for 6 months
• Start date: May 19
