What does the job entail?

As a customer service representative, you will assist customers via chat and email with questions about products, orders, deliveries, complaints, and more. You will play an important role in providing our customers with the best possible service and helping them find the right solutions for their construction projects.

To be able to work in this role, you need to:

Be engaged and enjoy customer contact.
Be solution-oriented and have a positive attitude.
Have good computer skills and be able to speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
Have complete high school grades (or equivalent).
Have a clean criminal record.

Working hours and conditions:

Working hours: Varying, Monday-Friday between 08:00-16:30 Hourly wage: Under 24 years: 122.65 SEK/h | Over 24 years: 142.19 SEK/h Bonus: Opportunity to influence your income through a bonus system based on your performance, Employment: 80% with the possibility of increased working hours. Probationary employment for 6 months. Start: April 7
