We are a well-established company specializing in helping homeowners identify and prevent costly problems in their drainage systems. With extensive experience and innovative solutions, we offer our customers security and sustainable solutions. Our operations are characterized by a strong customer focus, and we constantly strive to create added value for our customers and employees.
Responsibilities:- Plan and book your own customer meetings via phone, door-to-door, or centrally generated leads.
- Conduct professional sales meetings where you present our services and help the customer make informed decisions.
- Work towards clear sales goals in a wonderful and supportive team.
- We provide a company car for all our salespeople; if you are responsible and achieve good results, you will have the opportunity to keep it as a benefit car.
- We offer really good commission in addition to the base salary, where several of our salespeople earn up to 100,000 SEK/month.
- Pension interpreted according to collective agreement (4.5% up to 47,000 SEK, thereafter 30%).
- We have training with an external sales expert once a month.
- We organize sales competitions with great prizes; an example from a previous competition is a group trip to Prague.
- When you start working, you will have a lot of freedom to manage your working hours and adapt when you choose to work to achieve the best results possible.
The first weeks in the new job:
Your new job begins with training in our product and sales techniques. Then you will go out on an installation to see how the product works and is installed. After that, you will go out with the team leader to knock on doors together and reflect on what you did well and what you can improve for next time. It usually takes about 2-3 weeks before a new salesperson is ready to go solo.
Profile:
- Ability to create strong customer relationships and build trust.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Independent and goal-oriented.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Driver's license B, automatic.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Fluent in Swedish.
Meritorious:
- Previous sales experience.
- Experience working with customers face-to-face.
