Your responsibilities:

• Proactively seek out and communicate with customers to understand their needs.
• Present and sell our wide range of products, with a particular focus on our paint products, in a professional manner.
• Create interior design concepts that build cohesive solutions tailored to the customer's style and circumstances.
• Find innovative solutions to achieve the best possible results.
• Manage orders and unpacking of goods, ensuring the store is inspiring and well-organized.
• Provide advice and service to both consumers and professional customers.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in the paint industry and a desire to learn and develop in the field of interior design.
• Is proactive, has a strong sense of service, and approaches customers with a positive attitude.
• Has an interest in social media to strengthen our brand.
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language and strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in retail sales is a plus, and a forklift license is an advantage.

The position:

• Employment at 50-75% with the possibility of full-time during peak season.
• Located in Söderhamn with scheduled working hours that may include every other weekend.
• Starts with a 6-month probationary period.
