We are now looking for customer service representatives for an exciting assignment where we are responsible for parts of Hallon's customer service. What does the job entail?

As a customer service representative, you will assist Hallon's customers via chat and email. You will answer questions about products, services, and subscriptions, as well as work with upselling – where you can also influence your salary through commission in addition to your base salary. We are looking for someone who:

• Is engaged and enjoys customer contact
• Wants to develop and learn more about customer service
• Is solution-oriented and enjoys helping people
• Has completed high school (or equivalent)
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

Working hours and conditions:

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:30 Hourly wage: Under 24 years: 122.65 SEK/h | Over 24 years: 142.19 SEK/h Start date: May 19 Employment rate: 80% with the possibility of 100%
