We are now looking for customer service representatives for an exciting assignment at one of Sweden's largest players in telecommunications. With us, you will have the chance to grow in a dynamic and engaging work environment. What does the job entail? As a customer service representative, you will receive incoming calls from customers and assist them with various issues, such as subscriptions, billing inquiries, technical support, and number transfers. Upselling is a natural part of the role, and you will work towards set sales targets to deliver solutions and service at the highest level.

To be able to work in this role, you need:

• To be engaged and enjoy customer contact.
• To want to develop in technical support and further educate yourself in the field.
• To have a positive attitude and be solution-oriented.
• To have good computer skills and speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
• To have completed high school (or equivalent).

Working hours and conditions:

• Working hours: Varying, Monday-Friday between 8:45 AM–6:15 PM
• Hourly wage under 24 years: 122.65 SEK | Hourly wage over 24 years: 142.19 SEK
• In addition to the base salary, you have the opportunity to influence your income through a generous commission system based on performance.
• Employment: 80%, probationary period of 6 months
• Start date: May 19
