Your responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the store's operations, including staff scheduling and daily activities.
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve both sales targets and high customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for budgeting and monitoring both revenue and costs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase store sales.
  • Manage orders and inventory to ensure the store always has the right products.
  • Create an inspiring and well-organized store environment that attracts customers.
  • Provide advice and service to both consumers and professional customers.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a store manager or leadership position within retail, preferably in the paint or interior design industry.
  • Has a strong sense of service and can create a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff.
  • Is analytical and results-oriented with the ability to work with budgets and sales targets.
  • Has good knowledge of the Swedish language and strong communication skills.
  • Has an interest in social media and can help strengthen our brand.
  • Previous experience in personnel management is an advantage.

The position:

  • Employment at 75% with the possibility of full-time.
  • Located in Söderhamn with scheduled working hours that may include every other weekend.
  • Starts with a 6-month probationary period.
