Job Responsibilities:

The customer service representative will administer and manage access to apartments for smaller projects such as OVK inspections and adjustments. It is estimated that around 4000 apartments are affected each year. Access is managed through sending letters, SMS, and phone calls.

You will warmly, thoughtfully, and humanely receive the customers' inquiries and resolve them within the frameworks of the applicable routines and processes while ensuring that the customer understands and accepts the solution. In this role, you will provide the right service, at the right time and in the right way to all customers. The organization places great importance on good reception and ensuring that the customer feels heard and seen.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is accustomed to using the phone as a work tool and therefore is good at communicating, listening, and showing empathy through phone interactions. You demonstrate simplicity and engagement in customer meetings, which requires you to express yourself clearly in both speech and writing.

To succeed in this role, you enjoy working in a team, are responsible, and can independently identify which tasks need to be performed.

You meet the following criteria:

• High school education or equivalent as assessed by the employer
• Class B driver's license
• Good computer skills
• Can express oneself well in both speech and writing.

Experience in the housing industry is a merit for this assignment.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.

You are offered

A consulting assignment with a scope of 50% of a full-time position. There will be opportunities for remote work and on-site work, arrangements will be made with the immediate supervisor. Until 2025-12-31 with the possibility of extension in three-month periods. You will be employed by Jurek Talents AB and rented out to our client in Gävle.
