Do you want to provide top-notch service to Gävle's tenants? We are looking for a communicative and service-oriented customer service representative. Are you responsible and good at communicating? Then this is the role for you! About the assignment

We are looking for a customer service representative for a consulting assignment in Gävle. The assignment starts immediately and runs until December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension in three-month periods. You will work part-time (50%) and there is an opportunity for remote work by agreement with your immediate supervisor. Your tasks

• Administer and manage access to apartments for smaller projects such as OVK inspections and adjustments.
• Send out letters, SMS, and phone calls to ensure access to apartments.
• Communicate effectively with tenants via phone and email.
• Provide a good reception and ensure that tenants feel heard and seen.
• Collaborate with the customer service team and other departments to achieve a high level of service.
• Handle incoming cases and inquiries from tenants and housing applicants.
• Work on accessibility and service to create a good customer experience.

Your qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• B driver's license.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to express yourself clearly in both speech and writing.
• Experience in similar work.

Meritorious

• Experience in the housing industry.
