As a labor market officer at the Labor Market Unit (AME), you are the link between the individual and our operations.

AME offers a place for people who, for various reasons, have a longer path to work in the regular labor market. With us, individuals gain skills by participating in internships and/or receiving a temporary employment.

The individual's needs and conditions are at the center when we together create a plan for the next step towards regular work or studies.

Responsibilities

At AME, you meet individuals who need skill enhancement to achieve self-sufficiency. Together with the individual, social services, and the Public Employment Service, you establish an individual plan based on the individual's goals. This often means a placement within one of our main operations. You are responsible for clearly informing the individual about the conditions for internships and employment with us. You document your work continuously. We work in the Accorda system.

The planning for the individual is regularly followed up together with relevant parties. You also have a close dialogue with the operations' supervisors. You actively collaborate with other parties to achieve the operation's goals. For us, cooperation within our own operation and workgroup is also of great importance. If necessary, you provide support to the supervisors in our operations. You will be part of a workgroup where we value dialogue, clarity, and a willingness to develop.

Our operations are in constant development. A large part of the role involves finding solutions based on the current situation so that we can achieve our set goals.

Qualifications

You have at least a high school education. Further education in a relevant field is an advantage.

You have at least a B driver's license for manual transmission.

We prefer that you have previous experience in social work and that you have knowledge of and interest in labor market issues. It is advantageous if you are familiar with the various initiatives and employment support provided by the Public Employment Service. We believe you have a large network in the area and good knowledge of municipal and private operations.

You need to be meticulous and structured and able to document your work clearly. You are very accustomed to working in IT-based systems. The job requires a high degree of independence based on set goals. As a person, you are flexible, solution-focused, and possess a high level of personal maturity. You have good Swedish skills in both spoken and written form.

It is advantageous if you are multilingual. We see it as an asset if you have knowledge of the establishment of newcomers and other integration areas.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Interviews may begin before the application period has ended. A probationary period may be applied.
