Temporary Finance Assistant at Ramudden in Gävle

Do you have a good understanding of business economics and are you familiar with systems? Then we have the job for you! We are now looking for a temporary Finance Assistant for our Finance Department in Gävle.

About the Position

As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as ongoing financial management. You will ensure that invoicing is carried out according to a set schedule, handle reminders and collections, and ensure that payments are registered.

Furthermore, you will ensure that supplier invoices are coded correctly and on time. You will administer users and permissions, as well as ongoing maintenance and controls of our financial systems. You will support the business by providing service and following up on the work.

Employment Type: Temporary (from now until September 2026)
Salary Type: Monthly salary

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys a varied workday and is flexible in their approach. You have a good understanding of business economics and are familiar with systems, with an interest in system support. Previous experience working with accounts receivable and accounts payable is an advantage.

You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form and are proficient in English as English is our corporate language.
