Jula operates in nine countries and has 146 stores in Sweden, Norway, Poland, and Finland.

We are expanding our operational HR work and are looking for an HR Business Partner for Jula and Hööks in Northern Sweden.

As an HR Business Partner in Northern Sweden, you will spend most of your time in our stores to support managers in their daily challenges and work closely with the regional manager for the respective area. The role of HR Business Partner in Northern Sweden means you will be responsible for supporting store and department managers and regional managers within both Jula and Hööks.

A typical day may involve participating in various types of follow-ups, personnel matters, negotiations, recruitment of managers, development initiatives, but you may also work on developing strategies and processes with international colleagues. Your role is dynamic and varied, and you constantly contribute to the company's success by being a reliable partner for our managers and employees.

What does your CV say?

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in business-oriented HR work. You have a broad HR competence and are used to supporting and challenging organizations in various ways. You also have experience in labor law and union negotiations; it is an advantage if you have worked with retail agreements in previous roles. We prefer that you have an academic degree in human resources/organization or equivalent experience. As we are an international company, you need good skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Good to know

Our headquarters is located in Skara, but the location for this role is flexible to one of our stores, as it involves travel within Northern Sweden. The position is a permanent full-time employment that starts with a six-month probationary period. We have a collective agreement with Unionen.
