The Academy of Education and Economics is looking for an Administrative Developer.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of administrative developer, you will work to coordinate, develop, and ensure the quality of the academy's processes within integrated support. You will collaborate with the academy management to secure the internal processes for education and research. You are the link between the academy and the university's central support services and other academies in administrative matters.

Your main tasks include:

  • Lead, coordinate, and ensure the quality of administrative processes that support the planning, implementation, and follow-up of education and research
  • Inform, guide, and assist colleagues in matters concerning existing administrative processes
  • Plan, drive, and/or coordinate investigations and development projects on behalf of the head of the academy
  • Participate in the academy's operational planning
  • Independently review and ensure the quality of cases before decisions
  • Establish routines and guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency in administrative processes and working methods.

Qualifications

To succeed as an administrative developer at the Academy of Education and Economics, you need qualified administrative skills and a good understanding of the operational area.

We expect you to be an independent and proactive person who has the ability to take responsibility and is driven by the desire to develop and improve. You have the ability to create participation and engagement among managers and employees through dialogue and anchoring.

The position requires a bachelor's degree. Furthermore, you must have documented experience and a broad knowledge base in administrative support services. Additionally, you need to have a good ability to organize and coordinate processes and projects. You have extensive experience in administrative work within education and research at both operational and strategic levels in higher education/universities. You should have good knowledge of routines and systems related to administrative processes for education and research.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. You are self-driven and responsible, with good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you are meticulous and structured in your work approach. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written forms.

The starting point is that the work is performed on campus.
